We source Wild Venison and Game, working closely with the award winning Real Cure Charcuterie Company and Deerstalkers from Dorset and Berkshire. Our Venison is better than free range; it’s wild. What’s more, the deer’s free-foraging, far-ranging, truly wild lifestyle makes it uniquely delicious and healthy – the leanest meat there is, in fact!
It's a huge part of our ethos to source our produce sustainably. We work with local suppliers and source mainly organic vegetables, and most importantly change our menus to suit seasonal foods in their prime and at their most flavourful.
As well as specialising in wild venison we work with suppliers from the South-West, sourcing free range organic meat.
