We source our organic meat from award-winning and well know Popti & Beast in Bristol St Werbergs - For our beef we use a unique breed of Belted Galloway cattle, which the farmers use to graze wild flower meadows and upland heaths in the Quantocks, producing a special flavor and texture of beef. The meat is then dry aged for a minimum of 30 days in a Himalayan salt chamber, before being procesed into our burgers, using only prime cuts and a blend of dry-aged rib cap for fat content.
It's a huge part of our ethos to source our products sustainably. We work with local suppliers and source mainly organic vegetables, and most importantly change our menus to suit seasonal foods in their prime and at their most flavourful. Our bread is baked overnight at Joe's Bakery on Gloucester Road and delivered fresh on the day of the event.
