Wild & Rustic is a pop-up catering company based in the South West. With a passion for wild foods, we create culinary delights, inspired by the rural countryside and bring them to the city, sharing our love through street food and private events, such as weddings, birthdays and corporate events.

 

Wild and Rustic is passionate about providing a unique event catering experience, with the ability to create different and interesting menus, inspired by British countryside cookery with hints of Italian flair.

ABOUT US

We’re all about big flavours, believing in honest, wild and sustainable foods, letting the main ingredients speak for themselves. We work with local suppliers, sourcing mainly organic vegetables and adding our Wild and Rustic twists to seasonal menus. We aim to create diverse and individualised menus from street food to fine dining and seasonal handpicked foraged items. 

 

Wild and Rustic was founded in 2014 by Laurence Aspey, who has worked within Rosette and Michelin starred establishments. He has also worked with great names such as Jamie Oliver, Gennaro Contaldo and Mike Robinson.

'We had the pleasure of having Wild & Rustic catering at our wedding. I like my burgers, and they really did not disappoint. The tastiest of venison burgers (I wasn't sure about venison to start with, but it was a massive thumbs up!), with a healthy hunk of perfectly mature cheddar and the twist of kale (Yup, Kale ... but made to taste good and leaving you feeling righteous!). Just thinking about it again is making me hungry! And the guys couldn't have been warmer and more willing to ensure each of our guests were left feeling like they were getting exactly what they wanted and knowing they were going to be properly well fed! My only regret was not going back for seconds!" -
